Assign a package to a different schedule or pro
In some cases, a sold package might need to be moved to a different pro or schedule. In this article, we will show you how to reassign a package so it can be used with other schedules or pros
- In the academy, navigate to Settings and open SOLD PACKAGES
- Click REASSIGN in the top menu
- Select the package type that needs to be reassigned
Only non-shared packages can be reassigned as shared packages can already be used for multiple schedules.
- Select the clients for whcih the packages needs to be reassigned (Reassigning in bulk is possible)
- Click NEXT
- Select the new schedule or pro to reassign to
- Click REASSIGN
