The year 2023 is coming to an end, but we still have another update on the planning. The main focus of this update was to create an individual availability view for resources. This new feature is accompanied by some improvements and bug fixes.
A new feature for the golf academy
Resource items can now show their individual availability within a resource group. For example, when you have a driving range with 20 bays, you can now get an overview that shows the specific availability of each individual bay. This makes it easier for clients to book their favorite bay, simulator, courts, or other resources.
Update in the golf scheduling software
We've put together a list of all the different improvements made to the ProAgenda software.
- We have redone the reporting section and made all existing reports more precise and relevant.
- We have added a raw package data report, where all the package appointments and balances can be tracked.
- Raw appointment data is improved with pro rate amounts and client details added.
- The sold packages report now shows the packages sold and their value.
- Currency and specific appointment packages are now also included in all reports.
Bugs and fixes in online booking software
Some smaller problems and bugs were fixed in this update. These are listed down below.
- Invite emails are now sent in the correct language.
- Appointments are now more centered on the mobile client app.
- Set the correct email branding when registering via the branded app
- Issue when editing a recurring appointment fixed
- Many different minor issues fixed and improvements done
Sneak peek
We are currently still working hard on our new client UI/UX, and our aim is still to have the first stage finished by the end of January. Our apps are still also being worked on by adding translations and restructuring to a new framework!
