New features in the ProAgenda bookings feature
The Big New Client UI/UX Update
The new client User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are set to go live soon, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to improve the interactions our clients have with our platform. This is not just an ordinary update; it is an incredibly exciting and substantial enhancement that reflects months of diligent work and dedication by our team at ProAgenda. We've been meticulously developing the client UI, incorporating feedback, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing improvements to ensure it delivers on all fronts. Now, it is finally ready to be used by our valued clients.
The newly designed UX has been thoughtfully crafted to streamline the process of navigating through available booking slots. This means that users will find it much easier to locate and secure the times that suit them best. Additionally, we are introducing an innovative booking widget specifically tailored for mobile users. This feature will empower users to effortlessly select their desired free slot for booking, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
Moreover, we are excited to introduce a new Bio function. This feature allows users to share more detailed information about themselves and their professional work, creating a more personalized and engaging experience. The revamped UI also includes aesthetic upgrades, making the interface not only functional but also visually appealing, which is sure to attract and impress your clients.
Our development team has paid careful attention to the most essential elements, such as selling lessons, packages, and group offerings. These components are now prominently highlighted with clear calls to action on the main page, ensuring they are easy to find and access. Additionally, to enhance the user experience further, we have refined the filter functionalities, allowing students to navigate and select options with greater ease and precision.
Improvements to our online golf management system
A few smaller yet significant updates have been made to the software system:
- Capitals in registration is now working seamlessly
- Fix for resource packages: You can now add lessons to packages after their scheduled date.
- Appointments can be included in specific appointment packages afterward
- Client export functionality is corrected
- The issue with recurring item deletions is resolved
- Location-related issues in the academy have been fixed
- Problems with the client appointment list and payments have been addressed
- Resource items marked as 'all day blocked' will no longer interfere with other resource items
- Resources are saved directly after creating or changing them
- Additional minor fixes have been implemented
