2025 was a busy year for our professionals and academies, and so it was behind the scenes at ProAgenda. From major UI overhauls to more innovative integration tools, we’ve spent the last 365 days working on how we can make your academy run smoothly. Every update was designed to add more time back into your day and increase precision in your coaching. We’ve hit some incredible milestones together, and now that we've teed off into a new year, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the features that made 2025 a great innovative year yet again. Join us as we reflect on the innovations that defined our year and set the stage for an even more impactful 2026.

1. The new Client Interface

We started 2025 by completely reimaging the booking interface to be cleaner and more streamlined. Ensuring your clients have a better aesthetic and spend less time clicking when booking a lesson. By hiding unnecessary buttons and streamlining the service, the new UI guides your clients effortlessly through the booking process.

Whether it’s on a desktop or a smartphone, the new interface adapts, making your academy look professional on every screen.

2. Selling vouchers in your shop

Vouchers are now made purchasable for anyone, allowing you to sell vouchers that can be used by clients themselves or as a thoughtful gift for friends and family.

With just a few clicks, you can buy a voucher online, receive it instantly, and redeem it directly through your ProAgenda booking environment. Whether it’s a lesson, a simulator session, or a different service, vouchers make it easy to surprise users with a great new option.

This not only creates a new, low-effort revenue stream during the busiest gifting season of the year, but it also helps you attract new clients, increase repeat visits, and keep your schedule filled with prepaid bookings.

 

3. Improved financial automations with memberships

2025 saw the launch of automatic recurring payments for memberships, ensuring your academy's cash flow is secure without the monthly manual hassle. These combined features ensure a consistent payment stream, thereby providing reliable and predictable revenue.

With one-click activation links, your student can join or renew memberships directly from their account. The efficiency this adds results in an easier prolongation of memberships.

4. Enhancing our integrations

We worked on optimising our Lightspeed integration, enabling unified management of customer deposits and package purchases within your pro shop. 

Packages and all related transactions are seamlessly integrated in Lightspeed Retail, utilising customer deposits to streamline the workflow. It enables seamless tracking and management within the Lightspeed environment. The same applies to the membership feature, which can be integrated with Lightspeed Retail and its various customer types.

Integrations are a significant part of the ProAgenda software, as the goal is to create a comprehensive platform for all the necessities of your golf academy. Lightspeed Retail is an important partner in achieving this goal. 

5. New UI in the mobile app

ProAgenda brought the new UI to the mobile app. Bringing a better customer experience right to the palm of your hand. By providing your clients with the streamlined ProAgenda software, they enjoy a more efficient and professional booking experience when scheduling lessons or renewing their memberships.

For branded academies, the branding is also transferred to the new UI in the client app. Your academy is recognisable in any format, keeping your authenticity while being supported by the ProAgenda software.
