System update V22.02

Fixes

• Academy | Resource agendas have better alignment to ProAgenda (no more full-day view)
• Academy | An uploaded PDF file will keep the pdf name
• Academy | Fixed the resource availability issue when multiple resources were added to an appointment type
• Academy | Fixed the appointment type filtering when resources were added to an appointment type
• General | Appointments from deleted clients can now be deleted. Previously this was not possible
• General | Package dropdown is not selectable when no package is available
• General | Fixed issue with incorrect group appointment prices when paying afterward
