We are thrilled to announce the newest ProAgenda system update: V25.06. Our commitment is to provide you with the most efficient, powerful, and user-friendly scheduling and management platform. This release focuses on enhancing the Lightspeed integration, updating the mobile app, and introducing additional features. Additionally, we've made some more minor improvements throughout the software that further enhance the user experience.

New features

Smart Scheduling: Resource-Dependent Availability

  • What it does: Calculates a professional's availability based on the required resource's availability.

  • The Goal: To prevent showing professionals' availability if the essential resource (e.g., a simulator, piece of equipment, etc.) they need for that service is already booked or unavailable at that time.

  • The Outcome: If the resource is unavailable, the professional's schedule will automatically display as unavailable to clients for the matching time slots, ensuring easier navigation for the client.

Mobile app updates
We’ve enhanced the mobile app to ensure it fully reflects the capabilities available on the web platform, delivering a seamless and consistent experience across devices. With this update, your clients can now access the latest features directly in the mobile app. The following features are now released in the mobile app:

Improvements

Improved Lightspeed integration
Packages and all related transactions are now seamlessly integrated in Lightspeed Retail, utilising customer deposits to streamline the workflow. This allows every package purchase to be seamlessly tracked and managed within your Lightspeed environment.

Improved client widget booking flow
We've improved and simplified the client booking experience by refining the order in which selections appear and ensuring that only relevant options are displayed at each step. Unavailable or inapplicable buttons are now automatically hidden based on the context, minimising confusion and creating a more intuitive, user-friendly booking process for your clients.

Resource filter added to voucher settings
You can now configure vouchers to be limited to specific resources.  This new resource filter enables easier selection of vouchers, making vouchers connected to resources more accessible. This makes the selling of your vouchers a pleasant and easy experience. 

Activate membership through the link in email
Activating a membership is now easier than ever. When a new membership is assigned, members will automatically receive an email containing a secure activation link. By simply clicking this link, members can quickly activate their membership and gain instant access to all related features and benefits.
 

Bug fixes and smaller improvements

We've also implemented some minor fixes. These fixes are just as important, and therefore, we've compiled a list of all the fixes done within this update:

  • Email issues are fixed
  • The existing appointment loading issue is fixed
  • The correct payment method is now showing
  • Updated image uploading through the system
  • The invite status issue in the academy is fixed
  • The additional dates in multi-day event confirmations are restored
  • Professionals can now edit non-shared academy packages
  • The system is now preventing overlapping availability creation
  • Missing clients in academies are restored
  • Logbook improvements
  • Other minor bug fixes
