Update release V26.01 - New membership functions
We are back with another exciting update! This release is all about streamlining your administration and creating an even smoother software system for your clients. From new financial tracking in your reports to a major upgrade for memberships and the client academy view, we continue to focus on making ProAgenda the most powerful tool for your business.
New features
Enhance financial reporting
To give you better insight into your cash flow, we have added the Payment Date to the appointment reports. This allows you to track exactly when a payment was received, making your bookkeeping more accurate and less time-consuming.
Membership roll-over en pause functions
Flexibility is key when managing memberships. You can now use the Rollover function for credits and, more importantly, pause memberships for clients who are away or injured. This ensures a fair experience for your members and less manual work for you.
Payment links in booking emails
We’ve made it even easier to get paid. You can now include direct payment links in your booking confirmation emails. If a client hasn't paid yet, they can simply click the link in their inbox to settle the balance instantly via Stripe.
Unified client academy page
To simplify navigation for your students, we have merged the Client Academy page into the Schedule page. Your clients can now find all academy-related information and the booking calendar in one single, intuitive view.
Client academy improvements
- Academy View: Improved visibility of Packages within the Client Academy.
- Group Functions: Enhanced academy invites and group management tools to help you scale your group coaching sessions more efficiently.
Lightspeed integration enhancements
We continue to strengthen our partnership with Lightspeed. This update includes several backend improvements to ensure your ProAgenda bookings and Lightspeed POS stay perfectly in sync.
Fixes and improvements
While we love adding new features, we are equally committed to a stable and fast platform. This month’s fixes include:
- Resolved the connection issues some users experienced with Outlook calendar syncing.
- Fixed balance discrepancies and ensured the correct appointment types load within package settings.
- You can now select specific appointment types for Pro Vouchers, giving you more control over your promotions.
- The system now correctly pulls "read-only" currency data from your general settings to avoid mismatches.
- Fixed a bug where changed appointment prices were not reflecting correctly in the financial reports.
- Added missing system email templates to ensure all automated communications are sent.
- Various styling improvements and minor bug fixes for a cleaner look.
- Performance improvements across the platform for faster loading times.
