Update release V25.07 - Updated voucher system

We are thrilled to announce the release of the newest ProAgenda update: V25.07. Our commitment is to provide an efficient, user-friendly scheduling and management platform. This release is focused on delivering just that! This is a smaller update that focuses on improving and upgrading the voucher system to make it an even better tool within the online booking system.

Improved features

Purchaseable vouchers
With just a few clicks, your students can buy a voucher online, receive it instantly, and redeem it directly through your ProAgenda booking environment. Whether it’s a lesson, a simulator session, or a different service, vouchers make it easy to surprise users with a great new option.

This not only creates a new, low-effort revenue stream during the busiest gifting season of the year, but it also helps you attract new clients, increase repeat visits, and keep your schedule filled with prepaid bookings.

Smaller improvements

- The booking flow is now equal to the resource, allowing for booking multiple days quickly
- Integrated a pop-up on the client view when using multiple locations
- Improved academy invite and registration process, preventing mixed client data
- Added academy user access to memberships
- Improved the shortest duration function for a better booking experience
- Improved performance on day switching within the resource
- Membership discounts now allow decimal numbers
