up, members can pay for additional sessions individually. You define the rules for each
tier.

What happens when a member wants to cancel?

Members can be cancelled manually from your dashboard at any time. You can also
enable self-serve cancellation, which allows members to cancel directly from their
account before the next billing date.

Can I offer a discounted rate for annual membership vs monthly?

Yes. You can create separate monthly and annual membership products at different
price points. Clients choose at sign-up and are billed accordingly - monthly on their
renewal date, or annually upfront.

Can I restrict certain services or time slots to members only?

Non-members will not be shown those options when they visit your booking page.
