You choose. When you set up a voucher you can make it valid for all services, a
category of services, or a specific service only. This lets you create targeted vouchers -
for example, a voucher that can only be used for simulator sessions.

Partial redemption is supported. If a client uses a voucher worth 60 euros on a 40-euro
booking, the remaining 20 euros stays on the voucher and can be used on a future
booking before the expiry date.

Yes. You can set a validity period when you create the voucher - for example, 12 months
from the date of purchase. The expiry is enforced automatically at checkout. You can
also extend individual vouchers manually if needed.

When someone purchases a voucher, an email is sent immediately to the recipient with
the voucher code and any personal message from the buyer. The voucher arrives within
seconds and can be printed or saved to a phone.

Yes. Your voucher dashboard shows the total value of all unredeemed vouchers
outstanding at any given time, broken down by individual voucher. This makes it
straightforward to account for voucher liability in your books.
