deposit, the full amount, or allow clients to pay on the day. Set it once per service type, and ProAgenda applies your policy consistently.

ProAgenda processes payments through Stripe, which means your clients can pay with any major card - Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay
are also supported on mobile, depending on your plan.

Payments are processed through Stripe and typically reach your bank account within 2-3
business days of the transaction. You can see a full payout history in your ProAgenda
dashboard at any time.

Yes. You can issue full or partial refunds directly from the booking record in your
dashboard. The refund is returned to the client's original payment method, and the
transaction is logged automatically.

If a card payment fails at the time of booking, the booking is not confirmed - so you are never left with an unpaid session on your calendar. The client is prompted to retry or use a different card.

Stripe's standard processing fees apply to each transaction. These are charged by Stripe directly - please check the Pricing page or speak to the team for the current rates that apply to your plan.
