independently with its own availability, pricing, and booking rules.

Can my clients book a specific bay or simulator, or does the system assign oneautomatically?

Both - and you decide which works best for your facility. You can let clients choose their
preferred resource at booking, or set the system to auto-assign the next available one.
Some facilities prefer giving clients the choice; others find auto-assignment keeps their
schedule running more efficiently.

How long does it take to set up my resources and go live?

Most facilities are fully set up and taking bookings within a day. Adding resources is
straightforward - name each bay, court, or slope, set your availability windows and
session durations, and you are ready. Our onboarding team can guide you through a
setup call if needed.

Can I set different pricing, availability, and rules for each resource type?

Absolutely. Every resource can be configured independently. Your simulator bays can
run on hourly pricing with peak and off-peak rates, your driving range bays can operate
on shorter fixed slots, and your tennis courts can have member-only booking rules - all
running simultaneously in the same account.

What happens if I want to add a new resource type as my facility grows?

You can add new resources yourself at any time from your dashboard - no need to
contact the team. As your facility grows, simply add the new resource, set its rules, and it
is live immediately.
