Update release V26.02 - Card on file

We’re back with another exciting update. This release focuses on simplifying your administration by introducing a new card-on-file option and upgrading the credit system. Booking and paying through ProAgenda is now smoother and faster than ever. Dive into the release notes to explore all the latest features and improvements.

New features

Card on file
Clients can now securely save their payment card in their academy account. Once a card is stored, future purchases become much faster, as clients no longer need to re-enter their details for each transaction. With the card on file, academies can safely charge the saved card for memberships, packages, and individual lessons, helping to automate recurring payments and reduce late or missed payments.

Credit system
Credit scores can now be linked directly to specific appointment types, which in turn can be tied to memberships. This means you can define exactly how many credits a lesson, fitting, or simulator session should consume, and automate credit usage. By connecting these three elements—credits, appointment types, and memberships—the entire credit system becomes more intelligent and consistent. 

Flexible professional and resource placement
The order of your professionals and resources can now be fully customized in the agenda. You decide which pros, bays, simulators, or studios appear at the top by simply reordering them to match your operational priorities. This gives you the flexibility to highlight key professionals, new team members, or premium resources by placing their agendas front and center, making them easier and faster for your staff to find. You can also strategically place less frequently booked agendas higher in the list to draw more attention to them and actively promote underused services or facilities
