Update release V25.04 - New UI officially launched

Another couple of months have gone by, and we're thrilled to share this major update with you. This update focused on refreshing and improving the UI. We've launched a completely new design to enhance the user experience and give the system a more professional look. 

New UI

You've probably noticed a fresh and streamlined new look to the ProAgenda system. We are proud to announce that we have made the switch to the new UI on Monday, August 18th. We performed a major system update to switch all existing customers to the new and improved user interface. 

The new design is the result of hard work and extensive customer feedback and is built to make your daily tasks easier. Don't worry; we'll deliver the same reliable quality that you're used to, just with a completely new and improved look! 

New features

Memberships can assign specific appointment access
Memberships can now be assigned specific appointment types, giving you greater control and flexibility in structuring your offerings. This enhancement allows you to customize which services or session types are available under each membership, ensuring your clients can access appointments that fit their needs precisely. 

Commitment period added to memberships.
A commitment period can now be added to memberships, enabling you to define the minimum duration clients commit to when enrolling in a membership plan. This new feature brings greater predictability for both scheduling and revenue forecasting and supports flexible business models tailored to your academy’s needs.

Auto-renewal function in memberships
The auto-renewal function in memberships has been introduced, providing a seamless way to ensure memberships continue without interruption at the end of each term. With this new feature, memberships will automatically renew according to your defined period.

Lightspeed/Chronogolf login added to new UI
We have integrated Lightspeed/Chronogolf authentication directly into the new ProAgenda user interface, making it easier for users to access all their connected services with a single, secure sign-on process. This streamlined login approach supports a more efficient flow for yourclients

Fixes and Improvements

We've also worked on some more minor fixes and improvements. These fixes are just as important and, therefore, we've compiled a list of all the fixes done within this update:

• Added the 'next available' slot function to resource pages

• Added more waiting effects when loading
