Update release V26.05 - Smarter rescheduling

This release brings a new set of features, improvements, and fixes to make ProAgenda more flexible in daily use. From smoother booking flows and better mobile usability to more control over scheduling and client communication, these updates are designed to help your team work more efficiently and deliver a better client experience.

New features

Easily reschedule sessions between schedules or professionals
Move appointments to a different schedule or professional when necessary, so you can quickly reassign sessions as availability changes, avoid disruption for clients, and keep your schedule accurate across all professionals and lesson slots.

UI changes for pro mobile view
We've made UI changes to improve the mobile view of your pro account, so key actions are easier to access on your phone and you can manage your schedule with a smoother, more user-friendly experience.

Optionality in sending client reminders when rescheduling
You can now choose whether to send a new mail confirmation when you edit a client booking,  giving you more control over your communication.

Improvements

Performance improvements clients side
Performance of the client account and booking experience has been improved, so pages load faster, actions feel smoother, and clients can move through the booking flow with less friction.

Improved booking experience for accounts with multiple locations
Clients will now automatically see the location selector on mobile for accounts with two or more locations. This way, clients can quickly choose the right location when booking on their phone.
